Mobile clutch replacement in Caterham

Is it the clutch?

The classic sign is slipping: the revs rise but the car does not pick up speed, especially uphill or in a high gear. Other signs are a biting point that has moved right to the top of the pedal, grinding or difficulty getting into gear, juddering as you pull away, or a pedal that feels heavy, spongy or sticks.

Clutch work without the garage

A clutch change is a big job, because on most cars the gearbox has to come out to reach it. Having it done at home or at work means no lifts to arrange and no hire car.
